Francisco has held his real estate license in FL for over 10 years. He specializes with buy-side representation of commercial investments in retail and multifamily including 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. He thinks “local” but acts “national” often introducing investors to new markets where returns can be higher. Francisco is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors.

Francisco holds a degree in International Business from Florida International University. He aims to think 10 steps ahead when representing clients, often making transactions seamlessly fall into place.
